How do I uninstall and reinstall Remote Access on Windows?


How to uninstall Remote Access software from your computer:

  1. From the start menu, select Control Panel.
  2. Choose Programs: Under Program and Features, click Uninstall a Program.
  3. Select Remote Access and click Uninstall (alternatively, right-click the program and select Uninstall).
  4. Disable your anti-virus software and firewall on your computer.
  5. Restart your computer
  6. Download the Remote Access from
  7. During the installation you will be asked to install and approve the XCETAP0.
  8. After the installation is done, please restart your computer once again.
