The mobile app won't let me get past the "install software" screen.

If you are seeing these screens in the iOS or Android app, it means that you don't have the correct software yet.

        

If you have already installed the Pogoplug Cast software (available hereand you have logged into that software with your Pogoplug Cast account follow these steps: 

1. On the Pogoplug Cast software on your computer, sign out of your account.

2. On the Pogoplug Cast software on your computer, sign back in to your account.

3. On the mobile app, if on iOS, click reload. If that does not work, sign out of your account on iOS and sign back in.

4. On Android click "Dismiss". You will be logged out of your account.

5. Sign back in to your account.

6. If the above steps did not work, never fear! Please click here to get additional help.
