In my.pogoplug.com, select the sharing icons next to each file or folder. In the sharing pop up you can select Tweet to tweet a link with Twitter, +1 to post to Google+ , Like to like on Facebook, and Send to send a link as a Facebook message.  If you are not signed into your social networking account on the browser you are using you will be asked to sign in.
