How do I uninstall and reinstall Pogoplug PC on Windows?

  1. Uninstall Pogoplug PC software from your computer
  2. From the start menu, select Control Panel
  3. Choose Programs: Under Program and Features, click ‘Uninstall a Program’
  4. Select Pogoplug PC and click Uninstall. (Alternatively, right-click the program and select Uninstall)

                                             ii.     Disable your anti-virus software and firewall on your computer.

                                            iii.     Restart your computer

                                            iv.     Download the Pogoplug PC from http://pogoplug.com/software

                                              v.    During installation you will be asked to install and approve the ‘XCETAP0”

                                            vi.     After the installation is done, please restart your computer once again.
